Museum Premises Problems

We are having a problem in that we are under notice to quit by June 30th 2005.Our bid to have a new Museum in 2001 fell by the wayside due to a failure of a phase2 development, consequently we lost our grant funding of £200,000. since that time the Trustees have endevoured to secure new premises but to no avail. Our major problem is that Padstow being very popular seaside town the demand for rentable property is way beyond our ability to meet the high rentals demanded.We do have an oopportunity to take over the lease on a 300sq metre net loft but it needs to be converted at considerable cost approx £100,000.
Until such time as we can find and sort a premises, we may have to resort to storage and create a virtual museum.
