The Great Lakes Historical Museum provides a pleasant and friendly environment for Senior Citizens. The museum buildings are all on the one level, with ramps making access available to everyone. The museum provided guided tours for Senior Citizens groups as well as supplying morning/afternoon teas. The Senior Citizens find most of the artefacts very interesting and they always reflect on how those artefacts were part of their daily lives.
