Museum Haus Lange
Museum Haus Lange was built by the architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe as a villa for the chairman of the VERSEIDAG Hermann Lange in the years between 1928 and 1930. With the Museum Haus Esters which stands besides Haus Lange it is a very important testimony of van der Rohe´s early works. Together the two villas represent an unique architectural site.
Since 1981 Museum Haus Lange is used by the Krefelder Kunstmuseen as an exhibition space for contemporary art.
