A mock-up blacksmith's forge was built in the Machinery Shed in the museum's grounds. Around the forge is displayed an anvil, a blacksmith's apron, metal tongs, metal branding irons and many other tools and implements used in the blacksmithing industry which was a very important pioneer industry.
