Visitor's mine "Grube Wenzel"
The historic mine is located in Frohnbach, a secondary valley of Oberwolfach. The Grube Wenzel was one of the most profitable, historical silver mines in the Black Forest in the past, now open to public since May 2001.

Standard-Tour (1,5 hours):
Fee ( mine only ): Adults - 6,-; juveniles, pupils, students - 4,-
Reductions for groups from 10 persons on (adults per person 5,-)
Combine-tickets ( MiMa and Wenzel-mine ) are available in both the museum and the mine.
Experience-Tour (3 hours, age from 14 years on):
On request - only with orevious notice - a longer guided tour down through the southern mining field is possible for groups - 13,- per person.
Opening period: April to October, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., guaranteed guiding times: 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. (Mine is closed on Monday).
