Description [EN]
The International Ceramics Museum Weiden is a branch of Die Neue Sammlung – The Design Museum. It presents 7,000 years of ceramic history – from ancient pottery to contemporary design. Exhibits come from six Bavarian state museums and the Seltmann Collection of Chinese porcelain. Rotating special exhibitions complement the program. The museum is housed in the baroque “Waldsassener Kasten” in the historic town center.
