The Kunstmuseum Lände’s curatorial focus is on various forms of expression in modern art, primarily from south-western Germany and the Lake Constance region, which spans four countries. Through regularly changing exhibitions, the museum explores contemporary artistic trends whilst also placing works from its own collection into new contexts. The Kunstmuseum Lände is not tied to any particular artistic genre, but showcases a broad spectrum of works ranging from painting, printmaking, photography and video art to sculpture.
