At the heart of a new cultural quarter between Bocholt town centre and Lake Aa lies the Textilwerk, comprising a weaving mill and a spinning mill. A bridge over the River Aa connects the two museum sites. In der Spinnerei | Industriestraße 5, Bocholt ist der Zugang für Rollstuhlfahrer_innen problemlos möglich. Der Zugang zur Weberei | Uhlandstraße 50, Bocholt ist ebenfalls möglich, allerdings durch Kopfsteinpflaster und Schotter etwas eingeschränkter.
