Marktheidenfeld bietet seinen Besuchern seit Oktober 2018 ein Apothekenmuseum. Die Dauerausstellung ist jeweils mittwochs und samstags in der Zeit von 14.00 bis 18.00 geöffnet. Führungen mit dem Marktheidenfelder Apotheker Dr. Eric Martin sind nach Vereinbarung oder Ankündigung möglich, gerne auch für Schulklassen und andere interessierte Gruppen. Zu sehen sind über 250 Jahre Apothekengeschichte mit regionalem Bezug sowie allgemeine Pharmaziegeschichte in historischer Einrichtung. Informationen und über 800 Exponate erläutern Alltag und Aufgaben eines Apothekers.
